Patrick Leonard, the founder and CEO of Louisiana’s MSP Process, declared, “2024 was a breakout year.” This was their first complete year in the market, and substantial backend investments have allowed them to swiftly roll out new features across Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems.

Once a lesser-known entity, MSP Process has quickly emerged as one of the fastest-growing vendors within the managed service provider (MSP) technology sector, expanding from 10 partners to nearly 500 in just the past year.

Leonard noted, “We can now implement new capabilities across PSAs at a rapid pace.” He, along with COO and VP Greg Celmainis, dedicated two years to developing the foundational platform before its public launch at the end of 2023. The results have shown robust adoption and strong integrations with prominent PSA systems such as ConnectWise and Autotask.

One major issue that MSPs encounter involves verification and communication, particularly concerning threat prevention at help desks. Leonard explained that their free tier, featuring email and SMS verification, is designed to assist smaller MSPs in mitigating such risks effectively.

Leonard has set ambitious goals to grow the partnership base to between 2,000 and 3,000 over the next three to five years by addressing critical challenges in communication, security, and automation. Moreover, the company is heavily focused on integrating AI into its offerings, aiming to strengthen security while ensuring that MSPs can meet client needs efficiently.

According to Leonard, “AI plays a key role.” As they strive to provide a competitive edge, the company aims to ensure that solutions deliver significant ROI for partners. They are investing heavily in AI and communication automation to tackle pressing challenges in the sector.

In maintaining their independence, MSP Process aims to control their strategic direction without relying on outside capital. Leonard and Celmainis emphasize a commitment to listening to partners and addressing their operational needs swiftly and effectively, positioning themselves as true partners dedicated to reducing costs and enhancing security.
