Scottsdale, AZ, May 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CISO Global Inc. (NASDAQ: CISO), a leader in AI-driven security software and managed cybersecurity solutions, is thrilled to announce an enhancement to the financial assurance feature of CHECKLIGHT®. The coverage has now increased to $1 million per incident, with a maximum of $1.5 million per year per customer, up from the previous $250,000 limit. This significant upgrade comes at no extra cost to clients.

With this expanded warranty, CHECKLIGHT® is poised to tap into a market worth approximately $11 billion, appealing to larger enterprises in need of more substantial financial protection in their cybersecurity frameworks. In collaboration with Cyber Assurance Group Incorporated, the new product, CyberSimple™, powered by CHECKLIGHT®, will be launched through an extensive referral network that includes 17 insurance agencies, aiming to deliver enhanced value and easily accessible financial safeguards for small to medium-sized business (SMB) clients.

“Over the past nearly five years, CHECKLIGHT® has proven effective at reducing cyber-related losses for a variety of businesses,” stated Rob Hegedus, Program Director for CHECKLIGHT® at CISO Global. “By enhancing our warranty coverage without additional fees, we’re improving our value proposition for current clients while also targeting previously underserved market segments that need stronger financial guarantees. The introduction of CyberSimple™ with extended financial protection aligns with our goal of offering proactive, outcome-focused cybersecurity solutions backed by robust financial assurances.”

“CyberSimple™ combines cutting-edge cybersecurity services from CISO Global with significant financial protection in one comprehensive package. Enrollment is incredibly straightforward. Offering a financial assurance of $1 million per incident, with no sublimits for even the smallest clients, makes it the most potent warranty program available for SMBs in the cyber market today,” explained Dave Bechtel, co-founder of Cyber Assurance Group.

CHECKLIGHT®, part of CISO Global’s advanced software suite, is currently available to more than 600 security clients and is also distributed through major insurance partners like Cyber Assurance Group.
